- If we receive your order before 16.00 it will be dispatched that day. If your order is received after 16.00, we will dispatch the following working day. If for any reason we cannot deliver your order within this time period we will contact you immediately to inform you of the new delivery date, if this doesn't suit you, you may cancel your order at any time. In the event that we can only supply part of your order we will contact immediately.

- Returns & Replacements
- Please
return faulty goods to Grappolo Aviation Ltd., Kumodraska 247, 11010 Belgrade, Serbia for
repair or replacement. Should any of Pilot Shop Serbia products fail to meet
your requirements, they may be returned within 7 days for a full refund
providing they are unused and in their original packaging. Please note: When
returning goods to us it is the customers duty to ensure the goods are sent on
an insured service. Grappolo Aviation Ltd. are not liable for lost parcels when returned
to us. No refund can be given unless we receive your returned goods.
When purchasing goods such as computer software, it is the duty of the customer to make sure you have ordered is compatible with your computer system or software. If you are returning an item for replacement you will be charged postage and packing for the return of the correct item. All products purchased from Pilot Shop Serbia are guaranteed as specified for every product on product page.
Faulty goods will be repaired or replace within 40 days. - Ordering
- In the event that we have not some items in stock, items from your order will be placed on backorder and that will be indicate in My cart, also you will be informed by e-mail. In case you don't want to wait delivery you can cancel order at any time.
- Pricing
- Pilot Shop Serbia pay special attention to our pricing, but sometimes goods maybe priced incorrectly. If an item's price is lower than our quoted price, we will charge the lower amount and deliver the item to you. If an item's correct price is higher than our quoted price, we will at our discretion honor the lower price. Sometimes we may not be aware of the price difference and therefore you will be charged the higher price, should this happen and you inform us of the discrepancy we will refund you the difference. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
